Marion Gontcharuk

Marion specializes in interpersonal communication, in business and institutional consultancy, training and coaching.

Her areas of expertise are:

* Priority management and personal efficiency
* New pedagogical methods (assesment, experiential learning)

Through interviews (in-take or audit) with the management as well as with the participants, she develops a tailor-made program, where training and coaching are only a part of the learning process.

Marion is able to concretely respond to management's needs, allowing participants to effectively acquire new skills.

She is also an invited professor in the Master of Management program at HEC-University of Liege.
