Leen Lambrechts

WHO?

Leen Lambrechts is a pioneer in the coaching business since 1991.  She certified as Master Certified Coach in 2008 throught the International Coach Federation.  She was the first woman in the Benelux to obtain this level of coaching expertise.  She is a passionate coach. She shows an unconditional and perservant partnership in search for results. While being an empathic listener, she has a good eye for the ‘core’ issue within the original question of the client. She shares her insights as tracks that might be explored together, leaving you in charge of your choices. She enjoys working in openess and directness in the coaching relationship. She likes to work in a goal oriented way, while being open for the surprises that pop up during the journey. She invites you to touch the essential and make the choices that fit you in this stage of your life.

Leen is a full time coach and trainer for coaches. As a managing director, she is connected with The Coaching Square.  She is experienced in designing leadership and coaching programmes with  true impact. In 2006 she specialised in systemic and organisational constellations with Johannes B. Schmidt to integrate this way of connecting to the relevant field information in coaching projects. She continues to develop herself on a deeper level, as she believes that the quality of her presence, will co-define the outcome for her clients.

Through her broad management, project and trainers experiences, she feels confident to work in very different companies and on very different themes such as client orientation, quality and safety,  trainer skills, internal communication, team building, leadership and coaching. As she was the managing director of Coaching Association Belgium, she has proven leadership herself as well.
