Women born in Lommel, Single parent of 3 wonderfull teenagers for over 10 years, independent since 2005 part-time with a private coaching practice. In 2008 I decided to make the jump towards full-time entrepreneurship. It has been for me and my family the strongest learning path ever. I am greatfull that I’m learning everyday, challenged every second, got stronger in my personal leadership.

Professional experience:

20 years in sales in private sector
7 years in procurement in the food sector and semi-public sector.
15 years in Hr, General HR, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Coaching, HR management.
My allover focus is the interaction with people in every aspect of my life, private & professional. Today my focus in our people & process development projects to support individuals, teams, stakeholders to make the “shift”. We have the faith that everything is possible, we have the methodology to support the needs/challenges, we always deliver sustainable excellence.
