Wat is Adobe Dimension ?
Adobe Dimension (voorheen Project Felix) is 3D-rendering en ontwerpsoftware ontwikkeld en gepubliceerd door Adobe Systems voor macOS en Windows.
Het begon als Project Felix op 28 maart 2017 en werd Dimension op 18 oktober 2017. In tegenstelling tot andere modelleerprogramma's zoals SketchUp, worden er geen modellen gemaakt in Dimension. In plaats daarvan is het een op foto's gebaseerde mockup-editor waarbij modellen, foto's en texturen moeten worden gemaakt in software van derden voordat ze in Dimension worden geïmporteerd. Eenmaal in Dimension kunnen modellen en afbeeldingen worden samengesteld tot arrangementen voordat ze worden omgezet in 2D fotorealistische afbeeldingen.
