The first segment is a brief meditation video is a step by step guide to  help quiet your mind and help you find peace and calm from within.  This is a basic yoga meditation practice including yogic breathing called Ujjayi Pranayama which translates from Sanskrit to "victorious breath"; victory over our minds of thoughts.  A daily meditation practice promotes good health, improves many aspects of your life.

The second segment is a tutorial and practice introducing Yoga Sun Salutation A and B.  There are modifications for those new to yoga as well as modifications for those that want a more energetic practice.

The third segment takes you through standing poses with a flow vibe and furthers your understanding of yoga alignment principles with modifications provided.

The fourth segment focuses on seated poses, inversions and backbends.  These poses finish a well rounded yoga practice.

The fifth segment is Shavasana which is the end for all yoga practices whether or not you have done all the segments or just one or a few of them.
