On-Stage Expertise was founded in 2005 by Peggy Richie.
She is an experienced keynote speaker, trainer, coach and expert in commu-nication and public speaking. She has coached many international business managers successfully. Public Speaking is her greatest passion and in this domain she has specialised herself in Mindset and Creating Impact.
Peggy is a ‘stage animal’ who leaves a strong impression. In 2011 she wrote her first book  ‘a speech of cake’ explaining how everyone can be a successful speaker. She is a dynamic and enthusiastic personality who helps people get the best out of themselves.  She’s well versed in NLP, (provocative) coaching, Rational Effectiveness, behavioral models, group dynamics and intercultural commu-nication.
