Life can be hard on our bodies and minds, so I've developed these four relaxing yoga sessions to leave you feeling better after just 30 minutes.
We'll use gentle stretches and myofascial release to dissolve muscular and mental tension. Use these sessions to feel relaxed and refreshed after work or sport, or to set you up for a great night’s sleep.
You don’t need any yoga experience, but you will need a few props nearby:
A yoga mat
Two massage balls of the same size (or tennis balls)
Bolster (or a couple of folded blankets or large cushions)
Two yoga blocks (or smaller, firmed cushions)
A Yoga strap (or belt)
