Okaloa is a lean agile management training and coaching company. We guide organizations in different stages of the life cycle focusing primarily on transformation and growth. Our customers include digital organizations, product development companies, IT and software organizations.

We are the designers and developers of Discovery Kanban, and The Kanban Experience workshop, including the board game simulations.

Patrick Steyaert, started together with Arlette Vercammen, Okaloa in 2012. Both founders share the same passion for bringing the best out of people and organisations in a way that is authentic to both the people and organisatons that we work with as well as to ourselves. Regularly this requires deviation from the "norm". Often this makes us feel like an ugly duckling. Through experience we have become to see the importance of ugly ducklings in a complex and changing world.
