Pranayama

De opleidingen Pranayama zijn volledig gewijd aan het bewust beheersen van de ademhaling, zoals onderwezen in de yogatraditie. Pranayama betekent letterlijk “beheersing van levensenergie” en vormt een krachtige techniek om lichaam en geest te zuiveren, versterken en in balans te brengen.
