Hey! I'm so happy that you've made a decision for an active and happy lifestyle. As a coach and trainer, I want nothing else but for you to reach your goals, adopt a lifestyle that includes clean eating and activity, and that you work to be just a little better than you were yesterday.


This program is mainly body weight exercises and challenges you at every level to become a Better You. You move through foundation, fundamental and practical training to improve your overall physical condition and wellness. 

Foundation training includes your building blocks for fitness. It gets you in the routine of working out and fixes strength imbalances. Fundamental training expands your knowledge of fitness with body weight movements that give you a basic vocabulary in fitness. Practical training puts everything together with high intensity interval training workouts.

Combining High Intensity, Strength, and Cardio workouts with activities you already enjoy, you will be on your way to understanding more about how you respond to fitness, and how to stay consistent. Nutrition is also very important, so we will cover the basics. I will give you examples worksheets that you can use to track your workouts, your diet, fitness testing, and how to keep you motivated as you progress and go beyond the program.

This is not a 'hardcore' heavy/intense program and does not require that you go to a gym (your choice to work in the privacy of your home or a gym), spend hours at a time working out, cutting, or using supplements.
