Wat is spreken in het openbaar? In feite is het een presentatie die live voor een publiek wordt gegeven. Openbare toespraken kunnen een breed scala aan verschillende onderwerpen behandelen. Het doel van de toespraak kan zijn om de luisteraars op te leiden, te entertainen of te beïnvloeden.
