Human Resource Analytics (HR Analytics) wordt gedefinieerd als het gebied op het gebied van analyse dat zich bezighoudt met analyse van mensen en het toepassen van analytische processen op het menselijk kapitaal binnen de organisatie om de prestaties van werknemers te verbeteren en het behoud van werknemers te verbeteren.
HR-analyse verzamelt geen gegevens over hoe uw werknemers presteren op het werk, maar het enige doel is om beter inzicht te geven in elk van de human resource-processen, gerelateerde gegevens te verzamelen en deze gegevens vervolgens te gebruiken om weloverwogen beslissingen te nemen over hoe te verbeteren deze processen.
Met HR-analyse kunt u bijvoorbeeld de volgende vragen over het HR-systeem van de organisatie beantwoorden:
- Hoe hoog is het verloop van uw medewerkers?
- Weet u welke van uw medewerkers binnen een jaar uw organisatie verlaten?
- Welk percentage van het personeelsverloop is een betreurd verlies?
De meeste HR-professionals zullen de eerste vraag voor hun organisatie gemakkelijk kunnen beantwoorden. Het beantwoorden van de andere twee vragen zal echter lastig zijn, vooral als u er geen gedetailleerde gegevens voor heeft.
Om de andere twee vragen te beantwoorden, zou je als professional verschillende gegevens moeten combineren en grondig moeten analyseren.
