Is dropshipping verboden op eBay? Niet precies. Maar het is beperkt. Dropshipping is technisch toegestaan op eBay, op voorwaarde dat je 'bestellingen rechtstreeks bij een groothandelsleverancier uitvoert'. Dus wat betekent dat eigenlijk? Het betekent dat als u grote hoeveelheden bij een groothandelsleverancier koopt, u die producten op eBay kunt promoten.
Wat mag je niet verkopen op eBay? Als je producten van een andere winkelwebsite of marktplaats doorverkoopt - denk aan Amazon of AliExpress - kun je niet droppen op eBay. eBay stelt dat "het kopen van het item bij een andere winkel of marktplaats die rechtstreeks naar uw klant wordt verzonden, niet is toegestaan op eBay." Dropshipping van Amazon naar eBay is dus niet toegestaan: u kunt niets op eBay plaatsen, het bij Amazon kopen en het vervolgens naar uw eBay-klant verzenden.
En eBay is streng over dit beleid en stelt dat ze uw vermeldingen in hun zoekresultaten zullen verwijderen of verlagen. Als u al lang een verkoper bent, kunnen ze uw beoordeling of status op het platform zelfs verlagen. Au!
