Bedrijfsstrategie kan worden begrepen als de manier van handelen of een reeks beslissingen die de ondernemers helpen bij het bereiken van specifieke bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
Het is niets anders dan een masterplan dat het management van een bedrijf uitvoert om een concurrentiepositie op de markt veilig te stellen, zijn activiteiten voort te zetten, klanten tevreden te stellen en de gewenste doelen van het bedrijf te bereiken.
